Three boats racing downwind while overlapped enter the zone around a mark they must leave to port. The next mark is to windward. Yellow contacts the mark and hails that it protests blue. Blue hails that it protests green and yellow. At position 7 green hails that it protests blue. All hails were in proper form.

After position 7 yellow sails well clear of other boats and does a 360 degree turn consisting of one tack and one gybe, after which it resumes sailing upwind clear astern of blue and green. Neither blue nor green do a turn.

Which boats are entitled to mark-room under Rule 18? Was it given?

Which boats committed fouls? Which boats were exonerated for any fouls they may have committed?
